almost a year

it’s been almost a year since i have posted here. a lot of things happen since then.

1st. joseph got replaced by a real supervisor last june 2010. that’s good news!

2nd. got another lazy ass GB personnel from carcar depot. not gonna name him here, he is not that important!

3rd. extortion issue has hit 3 of my field personnels. still not gonna name them too! the 1st one was in november 2010 and the 2nd one was by december 2010. by january 2011, my truant cluster warehouseman resigned and got replaced by a less traunt but still a truant one. another field personnel became awol since january 2011 until february 2011. the result, the remaining field personnel got sickly handling their area. i ppity that sickly guy, he’s a good field performer. i like to mention other guys but i’m not in the mood right now.

4th. from december 2010 to january 2011, it kept on raining here without let-up thus causing the balloning of trouble tickets! and they ask me what happened and how it came to this!  

5th. by december, a news starts to circulate that we will be changing outsource personnels by january 2011 then moved to march 2011. in some areas, by february 2011. mine was on march 2011.

6th. i got swamped by pending tickets due to half-hearted perfomance of the outgoing personnels, couldn’t blame them! also, heard a lot of stories about peddled wireless internet gadgets, repairs for a fee and so on and so forth. i guess those guys have shady side too.

7th. the whole transition thing, in my opinion is in a way implemented in unprepared way. the group handling the outsource personnels weren’t able to forced the outsource guys to field the required number of teams per cluster. it was our group’s heads and managers were doing the job for them. that is to say, from my point of view. why? it was my bosses who asked us cluster heads on the details and not those guys. they should have enforced the outsource groups to prepare a month or two but it did not haapen. teams were prepared on the week before the take-over. how convenient! i even recieve a call from those group asking me about the details for my area, after the take over was in effect! really, really nice job guys! thans for nothing!

before i got carried away with all this stuff, let’s talk about my hp. i got a clone last year. it works jsut fine on the e-mail side but damn it! by the end of november 2010, i couldn’t get a decent connection, aaaargh! i’m still stuck with my old and faithful n70 music edition! yeah!
